Monetary Policy Statement

At the Monetary Policy Committee (MPC) meeting today, Bank Negara Malaysia decided to raise the Overnight Policy Rate (OPR) by 25 basis points to 2.75 percent. The floor and ceiling rates of the corridor for the OPR are correspondingly raised to 2.50 percent and 3.00 percent respectively. – Bank Negara Malaysia

Maybank antara yang terawal menaikkan BLR dari 6.05% p.a  kepada 6.30% p.a berkuatkuasa 13 julai 2010.
